MAGIS will conduct an extensive review of the initial loan application upon submission of the broker or LO’s signed initial 1003 and minimum required documentation. Our professionals will also conduct the necessary verifications on each loan like your VOD, VOE, VOR, VOM, SSN verification,4506, employer verifications as well as screening the involved parties from any exclusionary lists (LDP/GSA , CAIVRS, OFAC). MAGIS will also review the property address against several sources (USPS, GEOCODING, Property profiles). We will provide assistance in the review of your credit report and initial AUS as required by our clients as well as generate the required initial disclosures to be sent out to your borrowers to be checked against MAGIS loan submission form and checklist and your 1003.

We will take care of your data entry and segregating of documents into your system and each loan will be scrubbed for completeness and accuracy and any additional information or documents needed will be gathered by MAGIS before submitting your loan to underwriting.

Our team will be constantly in contact with you, your client and all the parties involved in every step of the initial submission to ensure a smooth submission of the file.

MAGIS will ensure that your loan will get immediate attention upon your approval and will exert maximum effort to gather all conditions from PTD to PTF conditions required by your underwriter as well as order the needed additional property documentation like your appraisal, desk reviews, CIR/1004D and flood certification. We will assess and generate all re-disclosures fees and impounds to make sure that we are in compliance as well entered properly in your system. Our team will constantly be in communication with title , escrow, insurance to assure that your loan will close in a timely manner.

MAGIS will provide all the necessary support and assistance in closing your loans. We can ensure accurate drawing of your loan documents as well as coordinating with escrow or title for signing and return. Our team will also conduct a pre-funding qc audit to ensure the quality of the loan and that all necessary issues or concerns have been addressed and that the loan is adherent to certain specific investor guidelines, FHA, Fannie, Freddie, VA, RESPA and TILA. We will also run and validate certain verifications if permitted like your Loan Quality Initiative, Fraudguard review and analysis and MERS reports to verify no additional debts or properties before funding your loan as well as validate all fees at funding.

MAGIS can take care of your post closing concerns so you may focus on funding more loans. Our team will take charge of acquiring and reviewing of the final hud-1 and final title policy and will coordinate with escrow, title and funding on any revisions needed . Our team will also check all signed closing documents and closing conditions to make sure that they are complete, signed and dated and we will scrub the entire file for any unnecessary documents and package the closed loan package to be sent to your investor thus helping you sell your loans in the least amount of time.

We may also provide post-closing QC audits as required by agencies and investors.
